The 55, 56 and 57 Chevrolet Shoebox Club of Queensland Inc. was formed on the 4th of July 1999 by a group of enthusiasts of Shoeboxes. The Club was registered on the 1st day of February 2000 from the Office of Fair Trading. The club upholds the sport of:

Joining the 55-56-57 Queensland Shoebox Car Club allows you:

1. To socialise with other Shoebox enthusiasts,

2. Attend family friendly events and club runs,

3. Receive regular club newsletters on what's going on.

Membership of the 55-56-57 Queensland Shoebox Car Club requires that you own, or have the desire to own, a Tri-series Chevrolet vehicle and attend three meetings or club outings per year. It does not matter if the car is finished or not. Current members are always available for technical information and assistance. Associate Membership is available to persons who are not Chevrolet Shoebox owners but are planning on getting one in the future.
